That’s perfectly okay! You don’t have to apologize for being at the beginning of your car search. You don’t need a specific vehicle picked out, a trade-in decision made, or every question answered before you come see me.
Figuring those things out is part of what I’m here for.
Start with what you wish was different.
Maybe your current car feels cramped. Maybe loading the kids has become a whole production. Maybe you love your truck, but you’re ready for something easier to park.
You don’t have to know which model solves the problem yet. Just tell me what’s working for you—and what isn’t.
Make a list of your everyday must-haves.
Think about the features you would actually use. More cargo space? Heated seats? Room for car seats? A bed for hauling things?
And yes, loving the way your vehicle looks counts, too. You’re the one who will be driving it!
Give yourself a chance to sit in it.
Pictures can catch your attention, but they can’t tell you how the seat feels, whether you like the visibility, or if the controls are comfortable to reach.
Adjust the seat. Check the back row. Bring your stroller if you need to see how it fits. A test drive is your chance to picture your normal day behind the wheel.
Tell me what you really think.
If you don’t like something, say so! You won’t hurt my feelings. “This feels too big” or “I need more room” helps me understand what to show you next.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable asking questions and being honest about what you want. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we talk.
